We have been taking three cars to NAPA for several years and we have ALWAYS had wonderful customer service and honest and reliable repairs done at reasonable prices compared to other places. They can be trusted to take excellent care of our vehicles and they explain everything thoroughly and provide us with all our options. Their workmanship is highly appreciated and respected and we have never had to take a car back for the same reason, once they do the work, the problem is fixed and we can drive our cars in confidence that they are safe. Thank you Doug and Dave for the one on one service, treating us like family. If I could post another reveiw, I would. Just yesterday we had another EXCELLENT experience at NAPA, and Robert the mechanic, who does all the work on our vehicles, did OUTSTANDING work. Our problem was diagnosed to the tee, a difficult find, but a meticulous one. We are so pleased our problem was found and taken care of, a bad motor mount, and the old one was showed to us.
