I can't say enough great things about Smile Design Dentistry! Dr. Hall is awesome and she doesn't do any procedure that doesn't need to be done. The hygienists are excellent and do a fantastic job! The receptionists are all friendly and they send you several reminders about your appointment and should the Dr. or the hygienists happen to be running late, they will give you a call to let you know so you don't come in and have to wait. This is the best dental office I have ever been to! I highly recommend Smile Design Dentistry!!!
I received most of the credit for overcharges. Get the codes for your procedure and contact your dental plan provider for co-pays before paying for dental work. Dr. Hall and assistants did great work, very professional and caring, easy and carefree. Because of the high quality of work from Dr. Hall and the assistants I am changing my review from a one to a two, but I could not get a straight answer about how they did or did not communicate with my dental plan provider.
Got some work done in 2015. Working out of the country since then, which I informed them about at my last visit here. In 2016 I got a bill in the mail from this place saying that I owe them another $600 ??. I talked to them again over the phone, I was told the insurance was going to take care of this. To find out today 11.21.2017 that I owe money to a collection company (payed today). Never received 1 letter in the mail (I still get all my mail in the US), or a phone call (my phone works over here). Please stay away from this place, terrible communication, services and management.
I also have the same thoughts and I consider Dr Hall MY dentist!

My husband was there today for first visit and he was pleased with Dr. Hall and the staff. They made him welcome and comfortable. They seemed very competent.
Very professional, good sense of humor. I call Dr Hall my angel. The assistant was very pleasant, efficient and friendly. She deserves a raise.
