You can do whatever you want at the corporate level to be competitive, but local stores like this run customers off. I have to make myself shop here, as there are certain things I buy regularly that I can't get elsewhere or are half the price here. I left tonight without finishing my shopping list, though. I understand your truck was late, but so many shelves were picked over or a mess. The worst part that made me just leave was when my husband was getting deli meat and a female employee yelled over to an older female employee, do you want to be my girlfriend? Then she started doing an obscene dance while a third female employee started laughing. The older employee was just trying to cut meat! Come on! Train your employees on how to act! The only reason I left two stars instead of one was because, for the first time ever, two really nice employees asked me if I needed help finding something...as I stated at messy, half empty shelves looking for things that weren't there. I'll stick with Publix or Winn Dixie from now on.
My husband went in to get some cat things not knowing really what I told him to get but the gentleman there one of the workers helped him find everything .Wonderful
There is no customer service!!!!! I need a cover for my new cell phone,iPad note and laptop. I could find anyone too help me. When I found someone they from another department and " sorry I can't help you am going too lunch" the service too me too go department next too computer and there be someone too help shortly just wait a minute or so. I been in the store 50 minutes. So i went back computer department only to find a sale person that buster which I didn't believe because he was socializing with this girl. I was so upset that I when to best buy and got what I need. Fast and simple with sale person that knows there merchandise. It took 10 minutes.
Poor - cashier inadvertently scanned the produce card and got a new propane tank added onto our bill. When order was rung up - noticed that a charge for 43+ dollars was added on. Saw it before leaving register area- cashier indicated must take to customer service for resolution. Text on receipt was so encrypted that it took 2 customer service representative to figure out what the charge was for. Ten minutes of looking over item in the cart, finally agent concluded that we didn't have the item charged and credit was issued. System needs to be fixed so people can actually read what is purchased, not guessed at. Felt a bit like a criminal trying to flee with a 38 lb propane thank.
This store really needs to do something about not having enough electric scooters for the handicapped customers! Every time I go to this store I can never ever find a scooter or they're all dead! This store is located right next to The Villages in Florida and they're so many elderly, not too mention others that are disabled and can't shop without a scooter! I've lived in this area since 2004 and I've complained several times to management and nothing is done about it! Today I tried again and ended up waiting and waiting and finally couldn't do any shopping and had to leave! There's no excuse for this. This is so not fair to the handicapped community! Please if you're in need of a scooter I suggest you buy one or go shop in another store like publix or Winn Dixie. They always have plenty of scooters for people in need! I will not return back to this store ever again! Good luck to those who are always having to sit for a scooter!
