The staff was completely open to making a unique arrangement for my mother, and was very gracious in accepting the many changes I made to my order. When everything was said and done, I was left with the most beautiful and unique arrangement that brought my mom to tears, Lillis truly is the best, and the dedication and thought put into every order made, is what truly sets them apart from any other florist!

I can only speak for our family that we love Lilli's Flowers and Gifts. Hearing about the rare flowers that is offered there I couldn't wait to get me hands on them for my daughters graduation. We have an experienced, education, mature staff who values our customers AND the way we treat them. Our prices are some of the lowest in town, guaranteed. Sounds to me, like you just may well be a former, disgruntled employee who is silly enough to think a review like this would discourage Ocala from choosing Lilli's. Sorry Wayne... I mean, Jimmy.... our customers KNOW better ;)
