Still the best GameStop I've ever been to. Despite having to wait in line for a few minutes, Walter knew exactly what he was talking about and gave us the best looking discs he could for the Xbox 360. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else.
If I could give less than a star I would. They are a bunch of thieves plain and simple. My son spent $65.00 on a set of headphones on Friday...took them back on Monday because he did not like them....and they gave him $2.20. Told him when he bought them that he could return them within 30 days for a full refund and then the manager refuses to honor what Brittany (Store Clerk) said.. This is robbery at its finest. I would recommend any place besides this store. Thieves!!!!
Had a good time the workers were very nice to me and seemed to know alot about video games and even suggested games to me

Stood in line for black Friday deals, lines were long as expected. The items box I wanted to purchase was on the shelf, I inquired about color variations for said item, was informed they only had the color pictured on the box. After 45 minutes in line I was informed they sold out 2 days prior. I inquired why the box was on the shelf they had no explanation, I informed that that after 45 I mutes in line they had to have some excuse and left the store. To which store employee Sam Whitehurst said to my son who was next in line, "That's why you come in and ask questions". My son put down his 75 dollars worth of items down and left the store. We are repeat customers with power up reward membership, we frequented the establishment often, but that has changed.
