I've been an office depoter for thirty years but I don't know what happen maybe merge but I'm not getting what I need I guess the store I go is not busy but staff is untrade and seem self grown not sure why people think they are better hospitality is knowing customer need and helping to get in that direction. I think you need to get pricing in line with Tech and especially furniture I'm sure you could sell more teaching staff in sales if someone in the store they want to spend money but they also want the best price. Give staff a show and tell show me on your phone what you want. So I can sell it to you. Hoping staff has understanding. And automatic price match no question people will buy more once you get them buying. Upper management do you jobs. Office Depot going down a slow roll. You people ever go to school. I may have to buy controlling interest to save my office Depot favorite store. Upper management Start working or I'll come show you what up. For one dollar. But I get profit share. With growth. Look me up . I'm with Google now.
Limited supplies. Other stores with bigger inventory are better.
Fast in and out. Never lots of customers so thing go quickly.
We purchased a Dell computer from these people a year and half ago. I was with my 78 year old father when we did and bought the extended warranty. Just the other day we took it in for malware issue. My father knows very little about tech issues and John, the store manager knew this and took full advantage of it as soon as we dropped it off. He wanted to charge my father $180 to remove 300 infected files. I called him back telling him I felt that was a bit expensive and he called me an idiot. I then asked for his District Mgr s name and Corp number. Villagers buyer beware. They don't have your best interest at heart and they are very rude. Will never go back for even a pen.
Usually pretty busy services center. Make sure you keep on the staff to help you, sometimes they forget because they are under staffed.
